Bio

I am a multi-talented technical writer with a unique mix of managerial, technical, creative, and marcom skills. I have experience creating and editing technical documentation such as technical reports, project documents, job instructions for employees or contractors, client-facing “how-to” manuals, marketing copy, and single-sourcing. I have a broad understanding of website technologies and hosting, including WordPress design and development. I am proficient in popular desktop applications such as MS Office, Google Docs, Lucid Flowcharts, and the Adobe software suite, including InDesign, Photoshop and Acrobat. I received my certification in technical writing from Oregon State University.
